Customer portal

Customers stop calling to ask if it is ready.

Every order has a link. The customer opens it on their phone and sees which stage the work is at — waiting, in production, ready, delivered — the list of pieces and the delivery estimate. No app to download, no password to create, nobody to talk to.

One link, that is all

No app to install and no account to create. The customer gets the address over WhatsApp, opens it and sees their order. If they lose the thread, you just send it again.

Four stages, no jargon

Waiting for production, in production, ready, delivered. It is vocabulary the customer understands, and each stage says what is happening in the workshop at that moment.

It mirrors real production

The stage is not typed into a notice field: it comes from the order's actual progress in the system. Whoever moves the card on the shop floor is, without knowing it, telling the customer.

The pieces and the estimate

The customer sees the pieces of their own order — room and material — and the expected delivery date, or the date it was delivered.

It does not leak what is yours

Cost and margin never appear in the portal. What the customer sees is their order, and the link is temporary: the order ends, the access ends.

Built for the phone

That is where the customer will open it. The screen was born for the small screen, not squeezed down from a desktop panel.

What changes in your day.

Fewer calls

"Is it ready yet?" has an answer before it becomes a phone call to the counter.

The agreed date in sight

The estimate sits where the customer looks, not in a conversation from two months ago.

One conversation

When they do call, it is about what matters — not to ask for a status.

Trust that wins the next job

A fabricator who shows progress gives an impression most do not: a job under control.

Questions about the portal

Does the customer need an account or an app?
No. They get a link, open it in their phone's browser and see the order. There is no password, no sign-up and no app to install.
Who updates the status the customer sees?
Nobody updates it twice. The stage comes from the order's progress inside the system — when production moves the work, the portal follows. Typing the status in a second place would guarantee that one day the two disagree.
Can the customer see my cost or my margin?
No. Cost and margin never leave in a PDF or in the portal — by rule of the system, not by a setting somebody could forget to switch on.
What if the link reaches someone else?
The link is per order and temporary. It shows the progress of that order and nothing else — no access to the panel, to other customers or to your catalogue.
Can I send the 3D drawing with it?
Yes, and it is a second link generated from the same order: the customer turns the piece in 3D, in the texture of the chosen stone, before approving.

Showing progress costs one link.

In Marmos it is born from the order you already have — nothing to fill in, nothing to keep updated by hand.
